You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or upload harmful content. We may suspend access for misuse.

Joining the reskilling program does not require an application. When you submit the enrollment form you are requesting a seat in an upcoming cohort, and enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Cohort dates, curriculum, and mentors may change.

Program pricing is shown on the Reskill page and applies at the time of enrollment. Learners who need more time may defer under the "Life Happens" guarantee as described on that page; after two deferrals a learner may transition to the Continuous Lift-Off monthly subscription, which continues until cancelled.

Placement fees, partnership subscriptions, and scholarship terms are described on the Hire Talent page and are confirmed in a separate written agreement before any placement. We make no guarantee that a particular candidate will be available, accept an offer, or remain in a role.

We provide training, coaching, and introductions. We do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or any particular career outcome. Quiz results and career recommendations are informational only and are not professional career, financial, or legal advice.

The site, curriculum, and course materials are owned by Moxie Launch and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use. Do not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written permission. Work you create, including your capstone, remains yours.

The site links to third-party resources and uses AI to generate parts of your career recommendation. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it with judgment before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moxie Launch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
